      This konjac sponge is great, I use mine to wash my face regularly.
The sponge is very Soft, and a gentle on my face. Its gentle on all parts of your face, lips, and eyes.
This sponge is incredibly soft, not scratchy at all, it doesn't irritate my skin.
Its very nice for exfoliating, with just warm water and a little soap its perfect.
They don't hurt, irritate or rip up my skin.
Before using these konjac sponges I just used wash cloths, but they aren't as sanitary, or soft.
They get a gross smell after awhile. While this sponge smells natural, and is easy to clean, and dry.
It makes my face very smooth, and soft. Cleared up my black heads without irritating, or over drying.
The sponge comes sealed in plastic, and dry. You just soak it in warm water for a bit, and its ready-to-go!
This sponge is quality, and affordable. I can understand why they are so popular!

I've been asked a few times on advice on razors, shaving cream, and preventing shaving bumps.
I know its annoying to spend a lot of money on things that just do not work.

My favorite razor is the Venus Swirl Razor, the flexiball handle really helps shave tricky areas like armpits and  around knee-caps. The razor contains 5 blades, and  water activated moisture glide gel. If you don't like the flexiball I highly recommend the Embrace razor. 
 I always shave in the bath, I don't like shaving in the shower since it rinses off my shaving cream.
When shaving I use a small amount of the Whish Shaving cream,you on;y need to use a dime amount per leg, or pit...etc for it to be effective. It softens your skin, promotes glide, and prevents razor burn.  The Nivea Sensitive post shave balm, is a balm you put on after shaving. I use it on areas that are very sensitive like, armpits, or when shaving my bikini area, to prevent razor burn, shave bumps, and irritations. I use the Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer on my legs after getting out of the bath. I use a dime amount at a time, and pat excess lotion off with a towel. This moisturizer locks in moisture, and  softens skin. After drying my legs feel silky smooth.

This protein is amazing! Clean Protein that tastes great.
I have a lot of heath sensitivities..my stomach hates most proteins, whey wrecks me.
This has been the first protein I've had that hasn't upset my stomach, or caused bloating.
This protein mix is great I don't see myself ever going back to whey. I find the protein has tasted better than the hemp protein I've tried.
My stomachs is happy with Clean Lean Protein and so am I.
