Serving size was 1 pill you take  in the evening.
The pills didn't have a bad taste, they were quite flavorless. I took mine with a banana, or any fruit I had on hand, with a glass of water.
The cleanse is safe and gentle. I took the Skinny Cleanse at night, and woke up running to the bathroom but, it wasn't bad for a cleanse. I felt healthier, and less bloated afterward.Doing a cleanse is great when starting up a new diet, or diet change.

I carry a few wipes in my gym bag, and in the car, but I also leave a few in my restroom. They are great for days where you just need a little extra cleaning. I love the pump lid, it applies the perfect amount, and preserves the product, and extends the life of the serum
The serum is great quality, a small amount goes a long way. I use a drop twice a day. Morning and night. It nourishes and moisturizes very well. It smooths a way fine lines, and moisturizes well.
The bottle is glass and 1 FL oz I feel it will last a while since I only use 2 drops a day.
I use this for dark circles, I feel the bags under my eyes look healthier, Less severe.
The gold flecks don't leave your skin glittery, it adds a nice glow.
It also works as a great primer under foundation.

I've been using this cleanser for the past week, 
I wash my face with this cleanser in the morning, and night. It cleans grime, sweat, makeup and dirt from my skin very well. I just put mine on a sponge, and scrub. The cleanser is very sudsy, and foams up very well on my bamboo sponge. The cleanser doesn't dry out my skin, or irritate it. 
 The bottle is a good size 6 FL oz, it comes with a pump which helps give you the perfect  amount. 
The only thing I dislike is the scent, it reminds me of bleach.

This Essential Oil is amazing for your Hair, skin, and nails!

I find this also helps with dry scalp, I add a few drops in my conditioner. For dry skin, and frizzy hair you can add a few drop in a bottle of lotion you find lacking as a moisturizer.
If you have dry cuticles you can add a drop to hand lotion and massage into your cuticle
by experiment I've found Argan oil has so many great uses!
I love using a few drops after getting out of the shower
and massaging it into my hair with a blow dry makes my hair look amazing.
Just dont use too much or your hair be too heavy.

Use drops not entire droppers full. if you use to much it may cause skin irritations.

I love garlic but I find peeling and cutting it difficult, before this press I hadn't really known how to use one, but it was pretty simple to figure out. The chamber can easily hold a medium sized clove, and easily crush it.

This press has a good weight to it. you can truly tell its quality by holding it, its very well constructed. Its pretty comfortable to use, and easy to clean with some warm water and soap.
