Serving size was 1 pill you take  in the evening.
The pills didn't have a bad taste, they were quite flavorless. I took mine with a banana, or any fruit I had on hand, with a glass of water.
The cleanse is safe and gentle. I took the Skinny Cleanse at night, and woke up running to the bathroom but, it wasn't bad for a cleanse. I felt healthier, and less bloated afterward.Doing a cleanse is great when starting up a new diet, or diet change.

The shake is kinda thin for a protein shake,

It has a milk taste, and contained chocolate chips. It tasted good, and worked well as a meal substitute. I mix mine with coconut milk.
